We do not seek to acquire or store any personal details about visitors to our website. Our objective is simply to provide information to those who request it.

If you use a response form to contact us, the contact details you supply and a record of your IP address will be forwarded with your message via email to one or more volunteers for a response. They will not be used for any other purpose.

Cookies are used in order to enhance the functionality of this site. We do not use them to identify or track individual visitors. If you use the options in your browser to prevent cookies being set, some pages may not display as intended.

The IP address which is used to browse our website is recorded in our web-server logs. In general, we are not able to identify visitors from this information but, if any official agencies were to require disclosure of this information, they might be able to do so.

We use MailChimp as provider for our mailing-list. Messages sent via this service incorporate trackers and beacons which support the effectiveness reports which they provide as part of their service.
